Today, we are a strong team of 9 full-time farmers, and in addition, we continuously offer 2–3 educational internships. We take pride in working with today's farmers and training the ones of the future, which is why we create a flexible work environment where, as part of a larger team, you can shape and develop your own role.

Strategic Merge to Strengthen the Future of our collaborative agri company

Agrifos I/S is merging with Katrinesminde and Rudbjerggaard & Fredsholm to strengthen the company, the workplace, and our shared future outlook.

The merge takes effect on January 1, 2026, marking an important step in our shared vision of building a future-proof and sustainable agricultural business. With the merge, a total of eight properties will be united under one joint operation, providing us with stronger expertise, greater scale, and a solid financial foundation.
