The employees are more important than anything in Agrifos, which is why we focus on well-being, safety, personal development and teamwork. At Agrifos, it's essential that everyone feels included and happy in their daily work, as this is the only way we collectively are able to work towards our ambitious long-term goals.

Today, Agrifos employs 9 experienced and dedicated farmers, each of whom has shaped their independent roles and responsibilities across the company. In addition to our experienced staff, we regularly have 2-3 trainees, as we aim to actively contribute to the education and development of the next generation of Danish and global farmers.

Our strong, united team, with many years of experience in the agricultural sector, collaborates and supports one another. This strengthens our work-life balance, ensuring that everyone has time for their family and personal commitments.
