Agrifos I/S is merging with Katrinesminde and Rudbjerggaard & Fredsholm to strengthen the company, the workplace, and our shared future outlook.
The merge takes effect on January 1, 2026, marking an important step in our shared vision of building a future-proof and sustainable agricultural business. With the merge, a total of eight properties will be united under one joint operation, providing us with stronger expertise, greater scale, and a solid financial foundation.
By expanding our collaboration, we ensure the continued development of our skilled employees and preserve important competencies across the farms. We believe that cooperation creates the best results – and that together we stand strongest when facing the challenges and opportunities the future of agriculture will bring.
